Ward end of Summer party!

Summer is almost over! We enjoyed the last days of summer with our ward at the annual ward party at the lake. It was so fun! Great summer.

Paul carried Lucy, Claire and our friend Britan while he was wake boarding. He's awesome!

Nana visits!

Having free flight benefits from Hiram has been so great for Nana and Papa time this year. Nana will fly out for a day or two here or there and we get some Nana time and she gets grand kid time. It's awesome! We were so excited to have cousin camp this year but, with conflicting schedules and Beth having baby Wyatt it ended up that cousin camp this year only included Nana, and us. However, we still had a AWESOME TIME! We tried to do all the "tourist" activities in Montana that we don't take advantage of because we live here.

We went to the local water park with Nana and had a awesome time!

At Big Mountain they have this awesome Aerial adventure park where they hook you up with harnesses so you can zip line and go through the trees balancing on wood beams and ropes! Logan, Grace and I tried it and LOVED it! It was so fun! We all want to try it again and when Lauren saw us in the trees she was dying to try it!

Kash is 10!

Kash's birthday came and went in a whirlwind! School was almost out, and the kids were so excited about summer! We had a swimming party with friends to celebrate his big day but, I just couldn't get him to come in for pictures! He was having too much fun playing.

1. Kash is considerate of other people and he is the best big brother!

3. He loves the water-skiing, wake boarding and swimming.

SUMMER TIME

Since I haven't posted for quite a while....I'm going to make this easy on myself and post all the rest of the summer pictures in one shot so it's done and I can get rid of the self-imposed guilt I feel for getting behind! Summer went by way to fast as usual but, it included a ton of awesome memories! The kids are all getting to the age where it's easy and fun to go places. Being done with the diaper bags, naptime (for the most part-I can always use one and the kids sometimes too :) strollers and extra changes of clothes phase sure makes life less hectic in someways-more in others!

We take a family bike ride to Sweet peaks (the BEST ice cream shop in town) a couple of times each summer. It is almost 11 miles round trip so the kids are BEAT by the time we get there. It's so fun!

Here is our attempt at a garden this summer. Raspberries, watermelon, cucumbers, corn, and zucchini.

Montana has a SANDY beach! It is on Whitefish lake and its fantastic! The kids had an awesome time playing in the sand and hanging out with our awesome friends the Eldredges.  Good times!
