Christmas Day!

We had all 7 of our kids for Christmas this year! It was the first year the kids all got to be together and it was AWESOME! After the Christmas Eve festivities, making and leaving out cookies, milk and notes for Santa Claus, making sure Mr. Goody made it onto the tree to let Santa know he should DEFINITELY leave presents and finally the reenactment of the Nativity (which ended up -of course being quite irreverent) the kids were all excited to go to sleep! They all slept upstairs on the beanbags and were warned that NO ONE was to come downstairs and peek until we came upstairs to get them (or else all their presents would be gone :) It worked...(of course) and they ended up sleeping in until 8! We finally went upstairs to see if they were ready to get up!

We went to the movies after we opened presents. The 3 younger girls and I went to see Frozen while the older 5 went to see Dinosaurs walking with dad. Lucy had to get all dolled up like Minnie Mouse before we could go!

New Year's Eve

For New Year' Eve we went to Brad and Kim Cain's annual New Year's Eve party. It was fun! The kids loved the tree burning party. I was sick and went home early and the rest of the Clark clan stayed until after midnight. The kids all tried crab for the first time-Logan was a fan!

Sledding

We don't usually go sledding very often in the winter. We are on the mountain almost every weekend skiing so there doesn't seem to be much time left for sledding. We snuck away with all the kids one day though and had a blast!

Poor Lauren fell face first on the ice before we even made it over to the sledding hill!
